Met johnyboy the other day to sort out his Sub box

thinking that his boot would be the same as the SWB boot but is totally different so we had to come up with a new plan for a Sub install for him

he has a Convertible and this makes it very hard for space

 

Here is some Pre pics of the install

Dont look much right now and with such a shallow box we will be using Shallow Mount subs that use very little box Volume

yeah only got 5" depth ... what u mean by tight as well ? fitting or the bass or

the place where it goes is all most dead space anyways once its in there u have 80% of the boot space still

its quit hard to explain unless u have a convertible ... but it sits under where the roof folds in to

Something low profile like that for the LWB would be great too Mark, for those of us that actually still use the boot for shopping etc... :thumbup:

Little harder for the lwb .. that's why I suggested the floor box ... That way u have the complete boot

I dont and wont use the spare wheel anyway so probably the best space to use, but what about covering it to protect sub but still get a kickass sound?
