hi guys just thought id share my good fortune, as some of you may know im a chef, been working as one for 18 years now, and after losing my last job due to staff cuts i have been out of work for about 6 weeks, been getting really down, then had an interview for head chef so went along....

just had my second interview this afternoon and glad to say i got the job, the place is Hurst House in Laughne

and my dream job, great pay, huge prospects, and option to become executive head chef looking after 3 restaurants within 18 months, i so chuffed just wanted to share my happiness with you guys, should be able to get my car back on the road for the summer now!! :clap::clap::clap:

Up early? Ive been up since about 5.30 (thanks charlie) been at work sjnce 7 and dont start till 8 lol, hoorah for forum viewing while I wait to start work lol
