CAS problems...?

Found a possible reason to why my Z won't rev over 5k. Doing the CAS diagnostics i get 10V off pin 2 and 0V off pin 1 when you should be gettin upto 5 off each apparently.

Trouble is i dont really trust my diagnostic skills and probably think its me thats wrong not the CAS!

Is there anyone i can borrow a CAS from down here in the wiltshire area?
