fuming today lol

Took my TT out for a spin, about 5 miles down the road the clutch peddle banged and springed towards the carpet !!! Wasn't sure what happened but carried in in 3rd :( I had to navigate home avoiding junctions so it wouldn't stall, eventually got home and took me fookin ages to get the little fookin pin back in its bent holes!!!! Yes I was fuming, just got over it now ,LOL

SO.....if it happens to you , hire a dwarf or midget, coz were just too big to be upside down in a footwell for 2 hours ,LOL

Did you take the seat out Daz, much more space to be upside down then lol

Yes I often think a little person say 12 inches tall will get a lot of work as I certainly needed one this week to fasten down one of the legs on my newly positioned bath.

Same can be said for a person 20 feet tall, he could of cut my leylandi conifer edge this summer with ease

:lol: unlucky mate! but yeah as eggy said, take the seat out! much easier! glad you are sorted mate

that must of been a pain in the arse Daz even to drive home before you got arse down and head up to fix it

Now you know how Sarah feels, she as to put up with a constant pain in the neck......poor lass

yeah, total empathy with you.. I've done a couple of jobs under there.. not fun, particularly for a middle-aged (robust) man.. :)

removing the seat was easy and once I'd done that for another reason I did a couple more jobs under the dash and I must say I was almost pleasant.. (almost)

next time, the seats are coming out!!!!

i had the same trouble when doing my conversion and fitting the clutch pedal, im 6'2 and 18 stone so even with the seat out i struggled and kept tw**ing my head on sharp things!!!

I'm only 5'7 and scrawny to boot, and have little b1tch hands and long fingers, I don't have any problems :)

£50 a day ?

I wouldn't worry at those prices.......I can go to certain areas in Burnley and find someone to 'help' me for much much less :whistling:
