Topping up autobox

Lost some auto gearbox oil when I hadn't tightened up a pipe correctly on radiator so now have no drive!

What's easiest way to top up and what kind of fluid do I need to use?

Top up through the filler pipe, using a funnel and hose. Use dextron 2 or any atf fluid.

Is that the dipstick pipe?

Yep, pull the dip stick out, put a funnel in, and top up from there, check levels as you go

Was pretty sure MT90 75-90 is what you need for the 300zx autobox.
