They are made by a company called Rotiform, very expensive 3 piece forged wheels. Made to order wheels so a custom offset to exactly your needs. You can have as much or as little dish as you want...

I enquired from a company in the states called oem concept and 19x9/19x10 were coming out at around $6000 but then subject to shipping and import duty, gulp! I've since noticed that rotiform have a UK distributor but I haven't priced them up with them assuming they will be way more than I could pay for a set of wheels!

As much as they are nice i couldnt justify spending 4k on a set of wheels, i could build a pretty good engine for that amount.

 

These are nice (not in that colour though, same as whats on the porsche)
