wow forgotten how quick my zed was!!!!

My zed has been off road, sorned since march 11. so thats 18 months, due to the fact that i wasnt happy with the horrid side skirts, after taking them off it was clear why they were on.

Over this time, what with saving for another marriage, and still paying off the old one.

Things done

Removed high level spoiler and replaced with new 89 spec.

wheels refurbished Gewalt 18" split rims from black to alloy need to polish the lip better.

All brakes overhauled with new pistons, seals and braided lines, new pads and disks.

Fitted full japspeed system, with decats.

New sills fabricated, but new oem inners and returns.

replaced both scuttle panels with a perfect set that cost me £10 and painted matt black.

New set of wings west style skirts, modded to be smooth.

New kyb suspension

New adjustable tension bars and upper control arms.

New O2 sensors

i have kept it polished, clean and tidy, whilst doing the welding myself, the engine is perfect and everything does as it should,

all electrics are spot on, any little jobs have been done as i want to get it back to standard look, but with a few nice mods basically everything works.

The sills have all been welded and seam welded where i can do it,

have a few small areas of rust that is an issue due to be to close to a main support, nothing major, but a bit out of my league.

I have a good friend who runs an MOT station, i wanted him to look over the welding to finish it off, so as i know the law (ex old bill) i rang and pre booked an mot with him.

He checked it over and now i know how much i need to save up.

Since doing the last dyno i hit 14 psi, ive sorted the O2 sensors and TPS, and made the engine better

The trip to the mot was amazing fun, it goes like mad, sounds fantastic, and throws you back in the chair in all gears

Nice to see people looking at you

But his place is only 4 miles away, and for some reason i just clocked up 25 miles??????

Not bad for a very late UK spec TT manual, that cost me £................
