right, here is your chance to see if we can improve on this years JAE, for next year.

If you have a issue with something this year, please but it down here, but be constructive about it, don't just say "i didn't like blah blah" with out saying what you would do to improve it.

All ideas will be considered.

hi

I have a trade card or my family is always going to france to buy beer spirits at cheap prices happy to help next year

Now that sounds like a plan lol, but we really need to try and make our stand the dogs dangles next year, need to do something that is going to scream that the 300zx club has arrived and something completely different to other people

I have not been before so it's difficult to pass comment but there are so many great people on here !!!

how many members went ?

i reckon in the region of 25-30 members but seeing as we have 658 active members lets hope next year is a better turn out :) altho we still had lots of fun and laughter with the ones that was there this year

I'll come next year (dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing haha)

Could paint it luminous green and have everyone walk around in some sort of silly fancy dress? I know thats not very original but still...

Gutted I couldn't make it, even more determined to make next yr.

Good suggestions, but slight prob with the bar idea, it's not just the actual bar needs doing but also a keg or 2, gas, pumps and a cooling system, or ull end up with a pint of warm froth ! Lol

Ps I have ran pubs before :)

In the pub game myself scuba ;) lived in the family run pub for 10years and we've had it for 38!!! I'm not saying a proper running bar, but a mock up with optics and a few of those Asda barrels with taps on, its just for a bit of fun and will go down very well

How about walking over hot coals, invite other clubs to have a go but have to pay a couple of quid. all money to charity?

we can have 2 fire pits, one for them one for us, and races, make sure ours is just a set of red lights and some stage smoke under them coals and theirs the real deal LOL

Funny someone should mention bouncy castle, i was looking into that, but biggest problem is, the collection of anything on the Sunday. it does leave a lot of things out as most companies if you are hiring over the weekend like to collect on the Monday, rather than Sunday when no one is working

Just remember though, what ever we spend at JAE needs to be offset by member ship fees, so naturally somethings will be out of bounds due to cost.

there are a few ideas ive been liking though and have jotted them down for later consideration. the projector will be coming again, but this time im thinking more group things on it other than having a bunch of us all monging out at the screen for 2 hours while watching a movie.

Though have to say that is still the biggest group of people we have had in the marquee on both nights since i first started coming to JAE.

There are companies out there that will supply a bar and barstaff, but then we are going to be paying twice, once for hiring the bar and bar staff and then for the drinks. so i think thats out of the question.

If daz can make something easily collapsible that i can get down to mine to store, that will hold a few spirits and a few of the tescos barrels with the taps, im sure we can make a bar, would have to use plastic cups.

Really do hope we get the numbers this year though, as i did get a bit of feed back from fuggles saying our plot was too big for the number of cars we had there, but then the year before we had a few more cars turn up.

besides if you get a porta loo or potting shed lol then you dont have the fun of dodging the ropes off peoples tents
