Hi peps

Been trying to download my Conzult on my windows 7 lap top with out fail!

I have the v 2.4 but just cannot seem to get it going............When I uploaded the original disc onto my old lap top worked 1st time and added a desktop icon too, but nothing seems to work.

Do I need to install original disc then the v 2.4 or just the v 2.4???

Mine worked fine when I installed it on my win7 64bit PC. Maybe just not installed correctly? I'd remove/uninstall and try again. Install the original and then the update.

I'm not using compatibility mode on it but it may be worth trying that as well.

Tried all that mate, still no go........... what's compatiblity mode?

Dave

If you right click over the conzult icon and select properties. One of the Tabs is compatibility. Put a tick in the winXP box and try again.

It's worth a try.
