As thread title....

....I was at JAE today and, on behalf of the committee, I'd like to say a VERY big thank you to Vodkashots for all his hard work in making the event such a success!! Well done Ian; I reckon you've done the club proud!!! We had a great pitch, it was well laid out, the food was very nice - what more can I say.....? Hell, even the sun shone all day:biggrin:

We also held our club's AGM this afternoon. With 5 of the committee members present, we invited the available members to put their comments and suggestions regarding the club forward. Groover has also very kindly offered to post up the minutes in the subscribed members' section in the next few days. Thanks Graham, it's much apprectated mate.

I'd also like to thank the members for attending; and for your continued support of the 300zx.co.uk club!! I look forward to seeing you all again in the future!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Likewise! It was good to put more faces to names and see other members again. Its the first time I've had my car on the Z stand and I enjoyed every minute of it!

Great to meet you Guys...

First JAE and looking forward to next year...

Job well done Voddy....

Well done Voddy and well done to all the members who made the weekend, without you guys it wouldnt be possible and we aim to keep building and making it better along with other planned event throughout the year along with Zclub events.

Well the projector went down well, the genny was awesome so will be getting that one again next year, was so nice to be able to use a normal kettle, i think the club BBQ and kettle combo takes way to long to boil water.

Watched star ship troopers Friday night and TED on Saturday night, think thats the most people ive ever seen in the marquee on the Friday and Saturday nights, plus the added effect of being able to watch the film out side the tent on the wall its being projected onto lol.

We were the only marquee with a screen measuring 2.6 meters

oh and the pink roof to our tent on the friday due to the lighting

actually the mr2 owners had a bigger projector screen and they had guitar hero. not knocking your effort but it wasent the biggest. lol

i didnt see it, so it doesnt count lol, and we had guitar hero, it was still in bruces zed

Well done Vods was a great weekend you certainly done the club proud :)
