how to fit down pipes on auto zed/???

when u buy downpipes it says not for the auto 300zx.

do you have to dent them to get them to fit on autos??

    The auto box is wider, due to the sump, some down pipes fit without any issues and some dont, need to bend or hammer it, using heat will make it easier, although without a pipe bender wont be that easy anyway.

    It is only the drivers side that will need attention and if you fit it up loosely you will be able to judge where it needs dressing

    Mark it with a thick marker pen and remove again so the dressing can be done as neat a possible.

    Good luck doing it with the engine in situ as well, gave up on mine in the end!
