so ive got me new phone (sony experia s) which is very very good (dont give a sh1t about anyones iphone or any other phone lol) and ive now got a 1gb data usage limit (used to be unlimited)

 

what i want to know is if im connected to my home sky hub via my wifi and download songs from apps, will it use my usage up?

 

i used to go over 1gb all the time on my old phone but when at home i never had my wifi on so not sure if i will reach my linit on the new one or not

 

anyone know??

cool, cheers bud, ive actually just been racking about in my phone, it has data usage and apperently it will still show how much data im using but it wont show on my contract and ive just realised i can switch my data off and leave wifi on so there is no way i can be using my data right?

go over 1gb of data each month on a phone? Holy sh*t how much do you download lol

ive never really downloaded anything, just use it to view forums mainly?

 

thats what the woman in the shop said aswell?

1gb seems a lot to get through for viewing forums and that :/

 

I download apps and use youtube etc on my phone all the time and I've never gone over my 500mb usage limit :/
