I know this one has probably happened to a few people but thought i'd start a new thread anyway.

My drivers window is playing up, sometimes it just needs a few goes but today it just didn't want to come back up. I could still here a relay clicking when it was pushed but no movement from the window. ended up taking the door card off and then having a play with the switch, and simply by giving this unit a tap it sprung into life.

 

 

The plug seemed pretty sound so i'm assuming it must be a dodgy contact somewhere.

 

Anybody reckon its worth removing and trying to save?

Thanks jeff i'll be sure to give that a go then first. seen as though i'm going to have to take it off, i may aswell just split it and take a look.
