I only ask as I see a lot of aftermarket stuff around ie ebay etc... and want to take care of the Z.

Give MJP a ring and he will supply you with the right plugs and filters, pads and discs on ebay are fine, pads anything from mintex, ferrodo, brembo, but there are plenty of threads here about pads.

My oil filter from euro parts was about £3
