Door Alignment!

My drivers door doesn't close cleanly. The upper door catch rubs against the pillar and is taking the paint off. Is it easy to adjust the door alingnment on these beasts ?

Regards

Darren

I take it that no one else has this issue then. I'll resort to the tried and tested method of turning random screws and bolts and hope that the door doesn't fall off.

Just ajust the catch on the b pillar, move the strike plate in a taj.

KEEP IT SIDEWAYS;).

That may not be the problem. It could be that the door hinge pins have worn, allowing the door to sag.

Welcome!

Yes it more likey the door hinge. My drivers has beed sagging slightly. Cos there is a part where the paint is worn on the door and the door sill.

It was me, had a bit of password trouble !

Looks like the door hinge then... I can't see any worn paint on the sill. It's just the top door catch that is rubbing the paint off.

How do I fix this ? New door hinge ?

Best Regards

Darren
