just a thought might be well wrong but mine started to make a funny noise.so on closer inspection found a pipe had come out of its holder/fitting,this pipe comes from the aiv's up to the inner wing its about 1/2in diameter and goes to the inner wing like a breather?its doesn't have a pipe on the other side(engine bay)which you cannot see anyway covered by fuses(drivers side) but after i had connected this pipe back into its proper place the noise when't away!
This pipe is easiest to see if you take the wheel arch liner out and look up to where the side indicator is then look across to the opposite side???
