Windows don't work, have reflowed black box in door

Hi All,

 

My windows still don't work, my friend has reflowed the black box in the door, what else can i check, fuses, relays etc...

 

Some advice please, it's a pain in the butt.

    on a previous Z of mine there was a break in the wire as it goes through the door so may be worth checking for continuity. Have you established that the motors are ok? put 12v straight to the connectors. Faulty switches?
