HI,

 

I'm looking at getting one for my other car, has to be lower that 8cm so looked on Ebay and come up with these. Does anyone have experience of them or the makes?

Base Face,Auna,Fli,Vipe keep away from ... ryan found a nice pioneer one out for around 150>240 ... and it was very thin

Don't know anything about the subs as such but blaupunkt were always a top name in car audio.

I had the blaupunkt, wasnt a bad unit, but wouldnt fit under the seat, although with the back casing off, may have done. I went a different route and sold it on.

I'm swaying towards the Kenwood.............

or possible the Pinoeer TS-WX110A that Mark posted up. Originally didn't want to spend much over £100................

dont skimp on the cost other wise as will get crap you want to be looking at spending £150 at least and with a well known name

Well both the Kenwood and Pioneer you mentioned seam to have good reviews. I'll try and find someone who stocks both and hopefully have a listen...........

na been left way behind with there quirky ways if designing stuff ... if i remember right it wasnt to reliable as well

yeah they do and kinda with in your budget

Either gonna be the Pioneer or Kenwood but can't decide on which as they both have good reviews. I can't find any shop locally that has them :(

 

Which should I get to go in a 4X4?

so is this sub for Big 4x4 car ? if it is u need to get the loud'st one .... big cabin to fill

the pioneer has a better freq range and slightly larger woofer being ( Oval )

A Mitsi Challenger/Shogun sport, so not the biggest of 4x4's. I'm not after big sounds and I'm not doing much else apart from upgraded speakers, just after a nice base line :)

Pioneer one is still better spec
