Today I bought the Zed home from the inlaws, on a trailor.

Firstly getting it on the trailor was a nightmare, rear wheels spun up on slightest touch of throttle throwing the back end out by 2-3 feet.

I ended up taking a run up, 10mph, soon as rear wheels were on the ramps there was no problems.

Once I got home and offloaded it, slowly but surely. I reversed it on to the drive. Again, this time in reverse the rear wheels spun up.

Guessing my tyres are shockingly bad. They look brand new and have loads of tread, probably covered no more than 200 miles.

I dont know the brand of my head, but they are 225/50/16's I think I could possibly fit 235's but doubt it would make a significant difference.

If I got a higher quality tyre, would this resolve? or is the only thing I can do jump into buying wider alloys for the sake of it? I would rather wait till something I actually like comes up if you know what I mean?

Would anything else be affecting it? (Baring in mind the weather is dry)

I know that lol. But I had a 420bhp 200sx (S14) and it was nowhere near that bad. (Just reversing onto the drive, which has no slant at all it was spinning up, never took it over 2000rpm)

Awesome, how is easy that to check / change?

any guides anywhere? sorry if I sound like a novice - But I am in comparrisson to you!

the drain and fill plugs are right in sight .... drain is at the bottom ... fill is about half way up on the very back .. use your 1/2" socket ratchet
