Anyone on lowered springs or coilovers?

What ones you got if so, and whats the ride quality like?

Any pics of your car lowered?

Just trying to build up a picture of preffered springs and coilovers as well as the driveability on them, with speed bumps and bumpy roads etc.

Would also like to know wheel size and drop amount if posting pics, just to get an idea of things.

Thanks

Meister Rs simply the best IMO. Are not a hard ride like Teins and fully adjustable. Couple of pics of my slickie on them with 18s. I was adjusting the height as i went to find the best height. Dont know how much they are dropped now its just enough so it is right.

Mine has just springs i think, the ride height is ok, but you feel the lack of rebound control on corners if you push it. rides nice 99% of the time though :)

Depends what you want from the car. Unless you are tracking the car or want the ultimate stance then coilovers are probably unnecessary. I run HSD HR on my BMW and despite them being about the best damped units this side of KWv3 the ride is borderline intolerable combined with Neova AD08 tyres. I'm a geek when it comes to stuff like that though and often spend my free time at the alignment shop tweaking the setup to the nth degree.

Before 'coilies' became so popular, the standard choice for zed owners was eibach springs and Koni shocks.
