Bought a Kodak ESP E315 printer from currys 7 months ago and now its goosed...called Currys and they said i must contact the Kodak 0800 number for a service guy to take a look and decide if its goosed and fix or replace. I thought under the sale of goods act currys should sort it but there having nothing of it:no: Where do i stand lads on this?

i had to rattle the ears off a Kodak call centre today as currys were having none of it:xxx:...sending me a new printer head and if that dont work then they will send a new printer. Ive orded a 8x4 decaled sign to be made advertising my wrong doin by these tvvats and my pick-up and the sign is getting parked outside the currys door all next weekend for joe public to see:shifty:
