Yep it's me with the Maserati calipers. The ones you've linked look the same, mine are off a 4200. The calipers were made by a machine shop Danny at DTA used, unfortunately I don't have drawings and they've since gone bust.

 

All I can suggest is take a hub, disc and caliper to a machine shop and tell them to make it all work.

I used 350Z discs as they fit straight on. Make sure you get brembo model discs as they are bigger. Make sure you beget in at least a 15mm wheel spacer to clear them.

Db power dobadaptor kits now for brembo calipers, his kit is made for evo calipers though which i think are a bit bigger

Depends on the offset of the wheel, my wheels didn't clear.
