    I think it's a bit like a good guy bad guy meter..... Good rep means good experience, bought parts that were as described etc.....bad rep means paid for items which never arrived etc..... A good idea if hats the case as others will get an idea of a member prior to any dealings....

     

    That's my theory anyway :)
