Turned 6 last week, can't believe how beautiful & grown up she is. Baz, this is my daughter who was born prem like your little lad. She arrived at 28 weeks, so 12 weeks early, not that you'd know it now!

My brother was born at 28 weeks 32/33 years ago. Its amazing what they can do!

He ran the great north run for prem babies a year or 2 ago.

Wow thats amazing, I can't praise enough the staff at the neonatal unit (same unit that Kaza Steve's granddaughter was at before she sadly passed away)

I was born at 29 weeks 41 years ago...... and my parents were told not to get attached to me and it wasnt worth naming me as I wouldnt make it through the day!!!.....now 6ft and 18 stone! (need to lose a bit!, lol).

Thats bloody awesome! Tash is only 6 so neonatal care would have been somewhat more advanced than when you were born. Fantastic! Giving birth so early was without a doubt the worst thing I have ever been through and I will never have any more kids, but she was worth it!
