Posting a video how can I

Got it off my phone and onto the lap top but now stuck any help would be good:angry:

    two ways of doing it ... upload it to you tube or photo bucket ...

    once u have done that click and copy the ( share ) link ... then click the video icon on the text box on this site

    and copy the URL/link from youtube/photo bucket ..

     

    add your test and submit
