Wheel size help.....Again

I'm looking to buy a set of 19s, importing from Japan.

 

Its pretty important i get the size spot on.

 

So i reckon 8.5" up front. Will 10" be ok at the rear without major work?

 

Bolt pattern 5x 114.3

 

So, what offset should i go for?
