Goes on the floor in front of the seats and the hook bit goes through the hole on the original shagpile fairlady z mats.stops the mats moving :)

Cheers guys, Not really sure i need it do ...

nah, not really. If you have non OEM mats, not much use

Its the best car mat locator you will get in any car.

Have you been in any other cars? lol

Here is your best option, re-attach it, go get some OEM shag pile mats, throw them in the washing machine on a 95degree wash with some quality detergent and some comfort, wait till the wash has finished, and hang out to dry, once dry put them in the car, now enjoy sitting in the front of the car with no shoes or socks on with the fluffy carpet poking between your toes.

Also makes one of the best long lasting air fresheners ever as the comfort smell from the carpets lasts for ages.

I actually got original mats! ... they looke like Russian furry coat in grey-ish ...

Will the rubber not distort on the back of the mats??

Im going to have a go, but feeling a little edgy, 95 degrees?... lol....

Original shagpiles are Hideous. Although I did sell a set for about £80 a few years ago, so cant complain lol

I like the maps

you put maps under your seat instead of mats? interesting.... doesnt that get a bit soggy though when its been raining.

as for 95 degrees, the rubber is very hardwaring and also heat resistant at that temperature.

Love my shagpile mats though i have the dark blue ones not the gray.

I reckon mine were blue some time ago ... I think they are grey because of that 95 degree thing ... LOL
