PAS pump fitment

I have an NA car, with TT engine, using an NA PAS pump.

For whatever reason the pulley for the pump doesnt appear to line up properly. Does anybody know what i might be doing wrong? I have AMS pulleys but i dont suppose that would make any difference

IIRC you need to use a TT pulley on the N/A pump for the belts. There is a thread somewhere with precisely the info you need as it has been done/mentioned before.

Do a search, you might be lucky.

Groovers right the NA belts are a 3 puk belt where as the TT is a 4 puck so you need to fit a TT pully to your NA pump

hmmmmmmmm..

The AMS pulleys i ordered are for a TT. The pump is NA. Confused???

did you also use the NA PAS engine mount? I think this is the problem rather than belts not fitting correctly. I aslo thought you could use the NA pulley as well but it all depends if the crank pulley is stock or not as to what size belts you need.

You need to use the NA pump & NA Bracket with TT pulley however depending on the pully you have you may need to shim it out by a fraction to get a straight line, I have seen some like mine fit and work straight away but i also know some people have had to shim theres out a little.
