How many meters of fuel hose will I need to replace all the metal fuel pipe?

Not being funny but why would you replace the metal fuel line with hose? You can buy the complete fuel line that runs from the back of the car to the front from Nissan. I would think that this is a much safer option than having a rubber hose running under the car. Unless I've misunderstood that is.

could mean just the engine bay bits?

2 meters of 8mm i.d braided hosewill be more than enough..if your going to replace with s/s braided get the synthetic nitrate stuff

Mine has rusted so will be replacing with braided fuel hose more than safe,

iv got a set of hard pipes n hoses in good con but cant sell coz im not a sub anymore

youl also need a hose clame to stop them moving about

its a f00ker coz the original hoses have the stiff holed protectors on them..could be misleading if you dont know any better

if it helps try and get hoses with at least 2.5mm walls

Best hose to go for is 2m of ID8mm stainless steel braided high pressure fuel line (needs to withstand at least 44psi pressure). Also get propper hose finishers and hose separators. You'll need to cut the 2m down into two 1m lengths and this will replace the fuel lines on the top of the engine (between the fuel filter, fpr, fpd, etc). There are also some small fiddly hoses under the throttle linkage/cover which are difficult to replace with braided lines and ends because of the short lengths. BTW, all parts can be purchased directly from EARLS (google it) - that's where I used to buy from when I was a trader on here. One piece of advise, check the hose clamps/finishers weekly and tighten them as these tend to loosen over time.

Make sure you get High Pressure Fuel Injection Hose. This is critical, a lot of sellers will list fuel hose without specifying if it is high or low pressure. High pressure hose uses multiple reinforced ply.

 

What sections are you looking to replace. 2m will cover the engine bay replacement between fuel filter and fuel rail and back. You will need a lot more if your looking to replace the hard pipes to the tank.
