Looks good Paul where did you get the material from as I need to do mine at some point!

What material is that you have used? Looks like there is no bubbles or creases in in good job :)

nope no bubbles at all, i got it from ebay 3meters of it its black alcantara, then used spray adhesive

I dont rate spray glue after a while it will start to come lose. well it does with leather anyway not sure with cloth??

Done a really tidy job mate but i think you will stuggle getting in your glove box lol!!!

i've been doing my retirm and bought the material from boyes they have various types colors etc so and there prices aint bad

lmao thats awesome, was it a bit of an afterthought the glovebox bit? yeah i dont rate the spray glue either, come a slightly warm day all my interior slowly lifter and looked dreadful. i used some heavy duty stuff next attempt and it turned the paintbrush into a chisel. it didnt move then.

Excellent job though mate its a real pain working those corners.

It's heavy duty spray glue normally used for sticking carpets ect, yea fiddly job the corners are, just hope it don't all lift now

do a write up on how to do the door cards once you have done the first one, as i found that a pain in the arse when i did it, wanted to get the door cards out of the way first as they looked the more difficult to master.

I like that, looks good.

Cant get my head round the glovebox mod though lol

There is only 1 good adhesive for trim work Dave...... 3M fastbond 10 ;)

Alz.

you could also have it flocked.

Very cheap. they spray an adhesive on the parts, then spray it with an elector static fibre, kind of like dust. as its charged, it all stands on end, and sticks permanently. looks like suede / alcantara.

They use it in Rally Cars I believe.

Mate had his RX7 done, lodas of pics HERE

put it this way, to get your whole dash done is £80 if you remove the dash yourself.

any other parts cost next to nothing, as once they have the colour to match your requirements, they have no other overheads.

its easy to keep clean. wipe over with a damp cloth, run hoover over it, simples.
