i got a new horn... and there is no power to the horn .... when u connect negative to relay it does work ... but the wire from steering wheel to relay is broken somewhere .... the same negative wire controls cruise control ... i just don`t want to take the whole car apart to find it :)

been through this today lol.. heres what I did to check so ideas for you:

take a wire straight from connector on horn to + on battery - horn will beep if ok. My problem was behind the steering wheel - a broken wire on the connector that plugs into the clockspring (bit behind the steering wheel that spins)

looks like your running a new neutral wire then :(

looks like :( cos from the steering wheel to the first connector under dash it`s ok and then is too difficult to trace the wire without taking falf a car apart :)
