Engine noise

Hi Sometimes when I start my TT Z I hear a 'chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...chink...'! It gets faster with revs and usually disapears once the engine has warmed up - sometimes not though.

 

Any ideas where I should start looking?
