I'm free most nights or on a weekend so very flexible get the suggestions coming in :biggrin:

I would suggest go for a date in August, that way people have time to see there is a local meet and make arrangements to attend, there might even be some sun by then, probably a pub just outside of Ipswich with a decent car park.

there is a brewers fayre ransome europark we used to have meets there with the sxoc back in the day

so when are we guna meet up around ipswich? i'm pretty much good for any weekend.

i don't really know ipswich very well but if someone suggests a place to meet then i'll find it. and as i said i'm good for any weekend :thumbup1:

What about a Saturday afternoon or Sunday eve meet at a pub?? The thrasher on Nacton road has a decent sized car park and seating outside too.

 

I don't work Saturdays so any time of day is good for me, Sunday's I work until about half 1-2ish. but again after that time I'm easy.

 

I used to frequent Ipswich regularly and knew it quite well, haven't been in ages though and have probably forgotten most of the area.

 

Date wise either the weekend of 11th/12th or 18th/19th???

could always make a weekend of it and come to Zedfest on the weekend of the 10/11/12 August
