I have noticed Chris you haven't been on the other site for a while and my pm's there and posts in your threads don't seem to be getting through to you

I do however notice that you have visited this site.

Any news please on the tail lights that I have paid for?

Hear from you soon,

Andy

Thanks for all the replys guys, I will reply later, I'm about 5 mins away to see the whites of Chris's eyes, I'm just confirming his address, I've already been once, but he seems to be hiding!!! Does he have a blue van too? Thanks

From a personal point of view, this all started way back in the middle of March when I purchased the tail lights, I then politely and patiently waited/sent emails over the following 10 weeks.

Then enough was enough which culminated in MarkDerby kindly collecting items from Chris's door :thumbup1:

I feel this action was inevitable and it feels like Chris was actually asking for it with the way he has distanced himself over his obligations to members.

My thoughts turn to my good friend Daz and hope he still gets sorted, I don't think or hope that his banning will affect that.

All true words mate - and after Mark very kindly stepped in to collect most other members' items from Chris directly, it seemed that Daz was the only person left waiting. And it was purely in reference to Daz's plight that I did not ban Chris sooner TBH. Daz is a long established and respected member of this club and believe me, we would do anything we could to help him under the circumstances.

It is unfortunate that Chris would not come online and even attempt to set things straight with Daz; despite being given every opportunity. So with those thoughts in mind, the committee had no other choice than to remove Chris from the forums.

I hope most good folk can see that we have made the right decision - and I also hope that Daz gets his website sorted promptly, one way or another.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Good luck Daz hope he is in this time and keep us informed mate.

He's Deffo in and won't answer his door, no worries I will be back later

Kick harder:whistling:

When you drive down Raven Close im sure it's the house directly in front of you facing you as you reach the end, to the right of the drive going up to some more houses

Good luck Daz, its the best way to get a commitment out of someone, even if its a "no I cant give you what you want" its some way towards closure but hopefully you will get some agreement on when, how and where you will get satisfaction.

Steve

Hi Daz When I spoke to him he said he was driving round in a van If there isn't a van parked around he might not be in If there is a van there then I would put something through the letter box along the lines of if you won't see me now I'll see you in court later !

Courts will do nothing Tony and Chris knows it. He should be banned from all car clubs to stop him doing it again so your call.

He could take it through the small claims court Like I'm going to have to for Pete2407

i think it costs a minimum of £1000 for small claims, thats why we dont persue lost rents, i do sometimes get it back in other ways though lol

Thanks guys ;)

Thats great Daz, hope its all sorted for you :)

Not yet but there are facilities to enter the claim online. And you can claim all costs added on to the debt I'm using a tracing agent on a deal to add his costs on and then if he doesn't pay we send in the bailiffs to recover the lot
