Browsing once through some Japanese catalog page I noticed the 99 and 2000 Z32 had like red stitch steering wheel on leather; actually I am trying to get a pic of how it looks alike so I can do this to my Z steering wheel...does anyone have a pic of this or a link to show the leather store I am getting it done? I´ve already got the hand break and shift knob..on red stitch.

I dont think the steering wheel had red stitch? Just the gaitors, handbrake and shift knob. I may well be wrong though

Hey BigC I just found the 99 Nissan Sports Fairlady Z catalog and before the last page there is a full pic shown with the red stitch steering wheel; with the name of;

Version R Twin Turbo 2by2, perhaps some folks here have this catalog and can ul this pic.

Cool, I never knew that. Must be pretty rare. I'll see what I can find on tinterweb

i like the doorhandles! but the steering center looks all bulgey when put back in the wheel.

Yeah, doesnt line up well with the outside of the wheel. You would need to retrim the whole lot to make it work i think

I assume this is for early Zs or with aftermarket steering wheel without airbag

That wheels is standard wheel for all pre 94 Z's, and any later Z's without the airbag option. Which is pretty much 99% of Z's. No reason the same could not be done to the rare airbag wheel though.

Any half decent trimmers will be able to re trim your current wheel exactly how you want it, i.e. black with red stitch. Simples :thumbup1:
