Handbrake horror !

Whilst dealing with a faulty handbrake with next to no holding force I was not suprised to discover poor brake shoes, in fact one shoe had the entire shoe material missing but what was unexplicable was there was no matrial in the drum area, which means at some time someone either DIY or garage have replaced the drum Knowing there was shoe material comletely missing!! as the present owner has no interest in working on the mechanics of his zed means this occured during its previous ownership...just shocking!!
