Import bulbs! Help!!

Can anybody make me up a set of import bulbs at cost? I've read simon's guide, only two small problems... I'm about as useful with that sort of stuff as a chocolate fireguard, and secondly, I don't have half the kit..

 

currently said bye bye to one headlamp bulb.. could do with some making up..

 

Anybody who can help or point me to somebody who sells them would be greatly appreciated.
