i wasnt trading as i dont own a Decal/vinyl print shop and its not my every day job

but if there was such a problem with my post looking like i am a trader a simple

PM asking and telling me would of been nice ...

Rules are clear for all to read in the AUP. Please read it first Mark so you know what is allowed and what is not.

I don't want this to turn into what is right and wrong on here thread.... so please don't:cool3:

 

But this was a simple post to alert members to something that could be of interest to them, I very much doubt it would enter anybodies head to cosult the AUP before any such thread. So out of common courtesy to a member who lets be fair has not just "arrived" here to sell his wares It would have been good to pm him or her to "nudge" them in the right direction and give them a chance to edit or ask a very nice mod to pull it.

 

I love this place that's why I have been here so long, but it is getting a little like being back at school:smartass:

 

My two pence worth and again great job by all so please do not see this as a "get at the mod reply" because honestly it isn't:cool3:

well as a trader i can honestly say i have never read the rules. I just normaly wait till i get told off :lol::lol:. I have been told off loads of times on other forums, i got banned off one and got a proper snotty pm off a mod because i didnt put where i was from :xxx:

Mark, the post was removed then discussed regarding possible trading, you then create a thread, "where has my post gone" and the next reply by Voddy is PM sent, explaining why the post was removed. The rest of this thread has no relevance or bearing on the decision made.

Your initial thread which was removed stated that the decals:

 

Come in Most colurs

 

Satin/Matt Finish

White

Black

Silver

Gray

Red

 

Now if you had one or two, the post would have been left, the fact that they can be done in any colour suggests that you can or will be offering multiples, therefore under the AUP can be considered trading, ie many of one product, without asking permission to do so.

 

Its all about how you go about things that make a difference, and the rules are adhered to by the mods to protect our current traders, who have to abide by trading rules regarding the products they sell.

 

I hope this clarifies the situation, by all means continue to help members who dont have certain skills that you possess, in the same token you thought it would be nice to be asked by PM.... Touche:winkiss:
