have you bled the power steering? (lock to lock whilst filling the system?)

have you bled the brakes and is there fluid at them?

did you bleed the clutch - via the 2 bleed points if they are both still there?

there is an ajuster on the clutch peddle .. failing that u can make a longer Push rod on the slave cylinder

I bleed the brakes and its no pressure on the rear right side niple i even. An hold finger on it. Its looks like that is somethin blocking.

I bleed clutch at both bleed points many time. Do i am doing something wrong?

I didnt done steering oil bleed. How its should be done? Leave engine running and turn steering wheel to full locks to both side and that start filling than doing that?

So i can fix this just adjustin by pedal?

What can be wrong with my rear calibers? Why it dont gave any pressure?

Bleed the ABS system control valve first then bleed the drivers side front wheel 2nd, passenger front wheel 3rd.,drivers side rear wheel 4th.,then the passenger side rear wheel last.

To bleed clutch you jack the front of the car up as high as you can this makes it easier to clear the air from system ,then bleed the clutch from the bleed nipple in the engine bay near the drivers side front susp.tower. It useally takes a few bleeds to clear the air from the lines. Some times you have to just crack the slave cylinder fitting first to get the fluid down to the slave cylinder then tighten up before you bleed the system.Power steering fill the reservor first with auto transmission fluid "Warning" not power steering fluid leave the car for about 10mins. then start the car and let it idle untill cavartation noise goes away then turn the steering wheel left and right to clear the pressure lines then check oil levall. "Do not hold the steering wheel on full lock" If the Hicas solenoid was removed you then have to bleed the Hicas cylinder lines untill clear.

Or, if you keep having major traumas with the clutch, you could fit a single braided hose from slave to master, and get rid of the other pipework, makes bleeding a lot easier.

Thank you i hope so this will help i will try to bleed brake in order As you said.

But power steering is not making any noice i left fluid in there now for weeks i tried to turn lock to lock bet its the same. Still power ateering is hard.

Here mate have a look at this for the TT PS pump it is a rebuild link,

If you go to the 5th picture down on the left of the picture is the section of the pump that pressures the Hicas system, Picture no.8 shows it clearer. if you take the small metal vanes out of that part of the pump and fit it back together it will no linger try to pressurise the hicas system and the pump will still run as normal.

If you wanted to you can link the hicas (in and return) at the pump then remove the solenoid and old lines. end result cleaner engine bay and pump works as a NA one.

No link matey.....

Also check the UJ on the steering linkage near the rack, could be rusted up.... (probably not, but you never know, worth oiling up anyway....)

Also, if you turn the wheel just a tiny bit, more like just putting pressure on it, do you hear anything from the pump, any rev change or anything at all?

Thanks Tudor didnt realise no link showed hopefully this works lol http://www dot nicoclub dot com/archives/how-to-rebuild-a-nissan-300zx-power-steering-pump.html

If the steering is still heavy & the power steering pump is pumping I would say the problem is the solinoid valvle on the steering rack is jamed or not being energized. This electrical valve operates the varable speed steering wheel feel control.

Oh thats could be a problem i think. But i got NA body and fit in tt steering rack. What should i do?

  • 2 weeks later...

I sort it out my clutch and steering. But dont know what happening to my back driver side caliber. There is no pressure. Does not matter how many times i try to bleed its the same, there is no leak. But its feels like its still got air in. If i press brake pedal quick its feel like ok but if pressing slowly its comes all the down. All calibers its ok only drive side rear caliber massing around.

What can it be?

May be abs system at the back?
