Rear suspension problem?

Each time I jack Zed up at the fount,

no matter how central the jack is, the front right wheel always comes up an inch or so off the ramp before the left side.

Once I have settled her onto axle stands, again equally spaced, the left rear side of the car is noticeably lower. (between an 1" and 2"') at a guess. (as viewed from the back.)

Any suggestions peep's

Thought about the level as you say, nice level garage base.

So are we saying it could be a rear shock problem?

MOT in a couple of months and after the nightmare I had last year I could do with a first time pass.

yeah could be the shocker. If your front right is lifting up first then your rear left could be weak. or your car could be heavyer on one side to the other lol!!

OK Just to be sure,

When I described the front right rising first, it was as I was looking from the front of the car. (front nearside)

When looking at the back from behind the car it was the rear nearside that is low.

Does that still mean a dud shocker?

The shocks dont control the ride height - the springs do (unless you have adjustable coilovers to adjust the ride height). The shock will just sit wherever the spring allows it to.

Weak/broken spring or something bent on the suspension will likely be the cause :)
