As the thread says which spark plugs do you use and why ?

What's the advantages between original , iridium & platinum ?

Im running one grade cooler NGK Iridiums,running 14psi with a DTA chip, EBC and Toyo uprated intercoolers and it runs sweet as a nut :)

yeah NGK Iridiums No7 i think is one grade cooler ... No6 standard

These are the ones i bought. Made a massive differance to mine, normal plugs couldnt cope with the higher boost and injectors i had.

im running HKS M401 heat range 8, running toyo fmic, std turbos, induction kit, free flow exhaust,

 

can be a bit spitty at first when cold or after short journeys, but as soon as they clean up she runs sweat and has a really smooth power curve

 

but my turbos are getting bigger soon so should need the better heat range

I looked at these but they cost £119 which on todays budgets is a bit pricey wheres as the NGKs cost £40

no differance. your just paying for the name, plus the NGK are the proper length for the z32 engine :)

im not sure you are paying for the name, the HKS ones are better quality, ngk might be the best std plug but imo the HKS are Superior for tuned engines.

don't know how made them actually assumed HKS didn't make them themselves, they are very different to the NGK ones, at least in style, results might be similar but i like them all the same
