As some of you may have seen, our son Jamie was born on 29th February, exactly 2 months early as he was due 29th April! He's still in the neonatal unit at the hospital, but we are hoping to have him home within the next few days! He's still so tiny, but he is doing really well and suprising the doctors and nurses with his progress.

 

This week he has a half page feature in the local paper, and heres the online version! The picture of him is great but the we hate the one of all of us lol :( feel free to click 'like' or recommend at the bottom of the page :)

Thanks for the kind words guys, we spend most of our time at the hospital at the mo but he's certainly in the best place. Will be very strange when he's home, none of the neighbours know about him! (well they might now!)

So sorry to hear it, sure I remember reading when you've mentioned it before :( my best friend also wasnt so lucky a year back which has obviously stuck in our minds for the whole worrying time, such a relief that things are looking ok for him. :)

Most important thing here is Jamie`s parents !!

 

He will have all the hugs/attention/care/love he can handle ! Its just the way of things !

Mrs Baz and you will need time alone/family time/together time and most importantly, space to breathe !!

 

Its been a long haul for the three of you, and Mrs Baz will be shattered !

Small piece of advice from an oldy ??

 

Take pics of everything, video if you can, dont always be too kind ! Dad has to be the Wall ? And endure /enjoy !! Even if you have to hide it !!

 

Believe me matey, they grow up so quickly. My daughter is coming on 24, stays and works in China as an English teacher.

Comes home for two weeks a year and its not enuff !! Time flies !
