Everywhere near me seems to have ran out. I'm off work over Easter and i'm going to be stuck in the house if this continues.

LOL!! was a result for me - I was on fumes today so phoned my local petrol station as I knew it had been stacked out with cars all day - sorry, we have super unleaded only!!

 

Got there & the forecourt was empty - straight in & filled up at an empty petrol station!! :clap:

yep i'm kinda cheesed off to just had to roam around on empty 6 stations later ...

People were queuing out the petrol station at my local waitrose... I drove round the queue and upto an empty pump lol. idiots :)

Everywhere has sold out around here aswell now, but there all getting more in tomorrow.

It's just been announced that there won't be any tanker strikes until at least next week, so just enough time for everybody to use another tank of fuel and then round 2 begins....

Seen that on the book of faces earlier, i want to kiss him. I also deleted anyone on my friends list that tried defending their panic buying

amazing earner for the gov though, they panic people into buying fuel, after putting the price up (by the way the barrel fell 2 dollars) then made people panic, then once people panicked, they then let people know that the strikes cant happen for another week, gives them time to restock just in time for Easter hols, so people will then panic again

 

Hopefully with a large portion of people now on facebook, twitter and all that crap, babbling on about how stupid this all is, maybe it wont happen as bad next week.

yes i went to morrisos today twice..the first time i sen the q and decided against it the second time i thought its 2.45 everyones in work should be a clear run..to my dissmay the q was even longer ..wtf..heyrs old and young alike filling theyr car to the brim then filling fuel cans.. the tories must be rubbing the grubby little hands at theyr tactics are working so well

No bloody ultimate in Stafford, just about made it to the tesco garage to get some 99. Pesky panic buyers using up as a last resort.

Same here - although my local Shell garage is now charging over £1.48 per litre for regular unleaded...... £104 to fill the SLK....:online2long:
