hicas leak help plzz

Had the car up on ramps today trying.to locate the hicas leak ! it seems to be coming.from the toppass side pipe at the very top...

question is are the pipes replacable if so wer from ? and wat is the best way to get at the bloody things as there right above the sframe :(
