need to de-coke my car I think cos I slouch round town in it. Best ways apart from a thrash and a run? Is thrashing the Zed okay? Auto too...have put in petrol cleaner. Jap import so having to use optimax for best results. Ideas? Car's standard.

I think that Nitrous Formula do a decoke called 7 in 1 service (decoker/cleaner) for about £7.50? www.nitrousformula.co.uk. Don't know if its any good though.
