If we both apologise and a five page thread gave us motre pub licicity than my two liner I got an infraction for !

just read stellaz apollogy, and i thought i'd say , much respect, i dont always agree with what you say but i was impressed enough to post.

I'm a member on both forums since nearly the start of both, i've met nearly all the regulars and committee of both, and i'm yet to meet a nasty zed owner (even people who seemed rude on hear turned out to be nice guys with a similar interest in cars) and i've offered to get more involved on both forums.

what i've learnt from this is to always asume that what someone says on a forum is intended to be nice and constructive and even if it sounds rude it probably wasnt intended as such. its important to give people the benefit of the doubt as this will quickly difuse a mistaken situation.

its such a shame that some people seem to be very paranoid and take even obviously constructive posts as direct insults, and imediatly have to be rude in return. i understand it's derived from their passion for zeds and zed forums, but it just doesnt help.

(for clarity, whilst i think that most of the committee on here have been guilty of this to some degree on a number of occasions, in this instance i'm refering to members of the other site's committee)

hopefully both sides will take this positivly and these joint meeets we all dream of may be a small step nearer :)

God i love you Ian, you are a man of few words, but when you do speak up, people should listen. You are, most certainly the wisest Badger I know....

Hi Ian no matter what is said over the keyboard when face to face that all changes and there is nothing wrong or nothing stopping members from whatever club meeting up as we all love our zed's and that is what it all comes down to.

thanks ian, im a very straight forward person and sometimes that comes across as being rude (sometimes offencive) but i am on here what im like in real life and i do know when ive done wrong and im not afraid to let people i know i have done wrong

i appreciate yuor post (and i do love that red slicky of yours)

Allan
