i have a renault scenic (please stop laughing). When i start off its fine but once it gets to normal running temp it cuts out.

I start it and let it idle to temp then it sounds like i have turned the ignition off and back on then just dies. It also does this whilst driving.

Any ideas what could be the problem or solutions?

all help geatly accepted.

cheers

I'm assuming it's petrol and not diesel. Typical cause of this is the ignition coil pack breaking down when it heats up, I had the same problem with a Citroen I had once.

yes mate it is a petrol. Seems to be coil packs popping up a lot so think i'll have to swap them out and see how it goes.
