February 17, 201213 yr Have managed to reduce my total kerb weight by about 7kg from Jan 1st. By being on weight-watchers  Not trying to plug weight watchers but feeling pretty happy with my stage 1 weight reduction. Must be the equivalent of adding a couple of bhp.
February 17, 201213 yr nice one mate, i have trouble woith keeping my weight down mainly due to the booze, but i was down to 12.5 stone from just over 14 stone, but im back upto just over 13 stone again now ย i cant seem to keep to any excercise either which is also a factor to my weight although i do a lot of heavy work lifting and mainly always on the move so it does help ย keep at it bud, weigh****chers is a great way of doing it, i love the weight watchers chips, might have some tonite yum
February 17, 201213 yr Author Well done! Be careful crossing the road, you might fall down a grid!! ย Thanks for the comments . Doubt I will fall down a grid Roobard I was 18st 3 on the 1st of Jan. Want to get to about 15 and a half to 16. Any lower than 15 and I look like a heroin addict. ย I don't eat any of the WW food to be honest. I just keep within my points and have managed to eat steak/ fish and chips/ pizza and also drink. Just have to moderate it so end up going for oven chips lower cal pizza and drinking Budweiser when I go out. Edited February 17, 201213 yr by keymeister cant spell
