Yeah, my post was a joke, immediately below a post that made it obviously a joke.

It's easy now for you to say that's not what you meant and that I'm the one on edge, but there was no need for your comment, whether it's part of being subscribed or not, that post was both of the nature and tone of "shut up it doesn't affect you anyway, peasant!"

Just so you know, since you and various other people on here seem to think I'm highly strung, I'm smiling, as indicated by the smiley on the end of that line above and this one, as I was when I wrote my original post, and as I was when I wrote the post to you about being shirty, and as I have been all night dotting around the various forums, so ner ners

ooh for christ sake, i can frigging read, i read phils post, i read that every other line was "rides has gone", if you want to take my post as a direct dig at you then you then by all means knock your self out.

It wasnt a "ooh alax i see your not subbed so stfu as you have no right to even mention it"

You are highly strung, you seem to think that post was.....ho you know what, sod it i cant be bothered to be honest, seems you want to try and twist everything so i really cant be bothered, ive got more important things to be getting on with than worrying about a post on a forum, you will only try and twist this as well.

I didn't realise you'd lost your 'banter' radar dude, sorry, please accept my apologies, I withdraw all previous statements. At least I would if I wasn't a peasant and could edit my own posts

Ok having read my post again, you can take it two ways i suppose. the first way that it was meant was.

It wouldn't effect you as your no longer subscribed so aint you lucky you dont have to worry about it any more  oh and there's some useful info for those new the forum not that it matters now anyway as we dont have the section so we are all in the same boat regardless.

the other way was, which i think how you see it

This has nothing to do with you as you cant access it because your a cheap mofo and haven't re subbed for various reasons that only you would know about so please go away!.

I dont like your attude towards Moderators and putting a lol or smiley face at the end does not make it all right if I was you I would call it a night before you land yourself in trouble. Take that as a warning.

That's better, welcome back bud. I think all the negative criticism is what took your radar offline temporarily ;) I'm with Daffy on his latest thread tbh.

Warning accepted, night all. :D

Don't bring me into it dude. You lot carry on.

love your zed in your sig daffy, reminds me so much of mine before i swapped it for my current blue one from when i first got it.

If you'd have refurbed those wheels and got the paint done like you were going to she'd have been mint. Was a strong motor too I believe. Your current one is pretty nice to be fair. I prefer a more oem look as you know though so liked the Cherry Red one.:cool3:

I love my current blue one, but absolutely loved that cherry red one, strong as hell she was, just needed a few things sorting out and would of made a very good motor. going to slowly get the blue one changed. i do love the OEM look, its something most body kits tend to destroy, im not to pleased with the front bumper on the blue one, so its getting changed. im getting some smoothed side skirts as well this year as i want them on instead of the ones with the holes in them like i currently have and would like to get rid of the vented front wings as it just makes the car look to busy. i like subtle mods, i am how ever keeping my rear bumper thats on it at the moment as its grown on me and makes the back end look aggressive.

my cherry red zed was my fav of all the zeds i owned and i loved them alloys, but they were only 17's :(

Hmm. Probably done me a favour. After 2 years I am now happy with the way my car looks and was gearing myself up to giving him a polish, taking pics and facing the trauma of posting them in the rides section. Now I don't have to bother!! Still recovering from the stress of trying to post a sig pic which my other half 'fixed' by removing everybodies sig pic so I don't feel left out

So has rides still gone well try updating 3 zeds and remembering what you have done to them :) oh as well the new posts button keeps disappearing when I leave the forum in idle on my phone possibly doing it on the PC as well will have to check so annoying.

I don't see how this forum has brought us up to date when so much has gone but ill wait for you to sort all that techno mumbo jumbo out me well im just better at fixing zeds :)

From an IT standpoint, though 'users' make up a forum/office etc. they are the biggest hurdle as 99% of the time they can't appreciate or understand the background work that goes on, even with something seemingly 'simple' and want the service working 'now'. I'm quite sure the IT admins on this forum don't have the funds or time to be creating fully testable offline versions before roll-out so we gotta bear with it guys. From what I can see aside from the odd little bug, and perhaps the necessity to upgrade browsers for those still on netscape or AOL they have done a cracking job to keep it running so smoothly. I've been on some other forums running the same software and they aren't being developed half-as well - and that's really something considering how small the userbase on this forum is. The admins should be congratulated for putting in the hours to keep things rolling..

Well my 2p if its worth anything, is that i know first hand how difficult it can be to transfer a forum to new software and the aggro that goes with it in terms of time spent solving issues that clearly shouldnt exist lol.

As Lee??? is it Jaikai ??? said he knows his way around the forum and is working on a way to incorporate incompatible features in the new forum...

I understand there can be frustration with having to adjust to something new as well as losing a section which clearly is very important to a lot of people.... but from what i can see we have inherited a lot more functionality with the new software. For example the new posts bit down the right its very clear and easy to navigate and keeps you abrest of whats happening.

All i would say is just remember the people on the forum are what makes it work and worthwhile being a part of.. so lets help where we can and have perhaps a little more patience and in a short time it will be as familiar as the rumble of this Cast iron V6 lump we all love so much.... :) :)

Cheers

James
