I went to pick up the shorty and despite being a little worried about driving it with a wobbly drive-shaft back 30 miles it performed admirably :)

We swapped the seats over the other day so i could get the standard leather seats to pablito on Saturday - they do look a little out of place with the standard dull grey tweed interior but i'll get the rest of the panels out mine tonight when i get back and take advantage of an empty driveway.

I've got a few big plans with this one but ultimately lookswise externally it'll be staying the same just with a few modest enhancements :)

I was out on the drive last night at 11pm emptying the rad and putting in a couple of bottles of antifreeze to brace it for the next couple of weeks.

Just a quick piccy this morning before i left - couldn't resist and more to come shortly... :hyper:

Thanks again to Peach for a good deal and the patience waiting for me to sort out the money this week :)

Cheers guys :) I couldn't resist it for the money! It's a nice sound little car for money - just a bit of welding and paint to chuck on it and that prop and it should be good

I am totally chuffed - it took me 5 mins to get used to driving one again trying to find the indicator, wash wipe, etc :) lol

I'm putting the original 99 spec rear lights to match the original 99 spec front bumper on this weekend so i'll be coming to you at some point for a 99 spec spoiler if you still supply them buddy?

It's lovely - i haven't really driven it yet but booked into my mates garage to borrow his lifting ramp on Thursday to swap the prop over

Cheers guys and gals :) Some more pictures since i started transferring from the grey car to the new one - sad to do it but i might keep the shell and strip it down to the bare minimum and start work on making it a drag car

I've got 50% of the leather panels in now and the stereo is basically working but still need to wire in the sub, etc.

Steering wheel and gauges still need to go in as well but it's looking good :)
